We do our best to maintain our bikes in top quality, but of course, breakdowns can happen. A breakdown should be reported immediately upon discovery. Yes, you’ll always leave the pick-up location with a fully charged battery. If you rent an e-bike for more than one day, you’ll automatically receive a charger. If you plan on taking a particularly long ride on one day, you can request a charger at the pick-up location. These are subject to availability.
