How do I make a reservation?

On the homepage, click the Reservation button. Select the bikes you want to reserve to make a reservation immediately, and click Next. You’ll then receive an email confirming that your bikes have been reserved.

Where can I find prices and availability?

During the booking process at your chosen location, you select the rental period, and the system immediately displays available bikes and prices.
Prices may vary depending on the location.

Does a reservation have to be paid immediately?

Yes, you will have the option to pay for your booking via online banking during the booking process. Once payment is received, you will receive a final confirmation to the email address you provided.

Can I pay by card at the pick-up point?

Yes, you can pay on-site with all bank cards that bear the Maestro logo.

Can I cancel or change a reservation?

Once you have made and paid for a reservation, the reservation is final. When making your reservation, you can choose whether you want the Carefree on the Road package. With this package, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. If you booked without the Carefree on the Road package, a rebooking is possible upon request up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, subject to availability.

Is roadside assistance included during my rental period?

Yes, your reservation always includes roadside assistance

Is there a discount if I rent a bike for a longer period?

Yes, the longer you rent the bike, the cheaper the daily rate.
The correct price for the selected rental period will be displayed when you book.

Is a group discount possible?

Yes, a reservation for larger quantities can be made via our inquiry form

Do I rent a bike at my own risk?

During the booking process, you have the option to purchase the all-inclusive travel package. This reduces your deductible in the event of damage or theft and gives you the option to cancel.

Is it possible to have bicycles delivered?

Yes, that’s possible. You can submit your request via our delivery request form. You’ll then receive a quote from us with the options. It’s not possible to book a delivery online.

What should I do if my rental bike breaks down?

We do our best to maintain our bikes in top quality, but of course, breakdowns can happen. A breakdown should be reported immediately upon discovery. You can easily do this by contacting the pick-up location where you rented the bike. You can find the contact details on the respective location’s page on the website.

Can I return my bike outside of opening hours?

This varies from location to location. You can find this information on the Location page. Venue opening hours are the pick-up times. Drop-off times may vary depending on the location.

Do I get a full battery when I rent an e-bike?

Yes, you’ll always leave the pick-up location with a fully charged battery. If you rent an e-bike for more than one day, you’ll automatically receive a charger. If you plan on taking a particularly long ride on one day, you can request a charger at the pick-up location. These are subject to availability.

What if the bike I want isn’t available?

When you book, you’ll be shown all available bikes for the selected period at the respective location. If you don’t see the bike you’re looking for, please contact the location. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I park my car at this location?

Yes, there are several parking spaces within walking distance of the store. There is also a spacious parking garage 300 meters away on the boulevard.
